Why I Chose to Stop
I did not quit drinking because everything fell apart. I quit because I was tired of negotiating with myself. I was tired of carrying low-level guilt and anxiety. I was tired of knowing I was capable of so much more clarity and still choosing something that dulled me.
I wanted to feel proud of myself again. I wanted to wake up clear. I wanted to trust my own decisions. I wanted to show up fully for my family, my work, and myself without that internal tug-of-war.
Walking away from alcohol was not about restriction for me. It was about expansion. It was about stepping into the version of me I already knew was there.
What I Bring to This Work
My background in corporate leadership taught me how to navigate pressure, manage complexity, and build systems that work. My life as a runner taught me discipline, resilience, and how to stay when things get uncomfortable. My experience as a mom taught me patience, humility, and how deeply presence matters.
Today, I am a coach, mentor, and acheerleader for women who are in that exact in-between space. The woman who is functioning, successful, and strong, yet quietly questioning whether her relationship with alcohol still fits her life.
I do not believe you are broken. I do not believe you need shame to change. I believe you need tools, support, accountability, and someone who understands the nuance of being a high-capacity woman who simply outgrew a coping mechanism.
I blend mindset work, emotional regulation, identity shifts, movement, and practical strategy so that you are not just not drinking, but actually building a life that feels aligned.
If You’re Here
You do not need to hit a dramatic bottom to deserve support. You do not need to label yourself anything. You do not need to wait until it gets worse.
You are allowed to want more clarity. You are allowed to want more confidence. You are allowed to trust the quiet voice inside you that says there is another way to live.
If you are ready to explore what that could look like for you, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
You got this. Keep going.

What My Client's Say

I’ve been part of sober communities before, but I’ve never felt as comfortable or supported as I do in the Confidence Club. From the start, it was easy to connect with women I genuinely relate to, and the sense of camaraderie is real.
The meetings and group chat keep me inspired and grounded, helping me recommit to my sobriety every day. And Jaime Andersen’s hands-on coaching is a huge part of what makes this work. She’s encouraging and insightful, and brings an energy and vision that show up in every part of the program.
Most importantly, this is the most successful I’ve ever been in my sobriety. After years of struggling with alcohol, something here finally clicked. Sobriety doesn’t feel like a fight anymore. It feels right.

Working with Jaime 1:1 was crucial for my success when I decided to quit drinking. She was able to meet me where I was at without judgement, and help me step by step with how to navigate the beginning of the journey. When I felt steady enough on my own I joined her Confidence Club, where I've met other women doing the same work. It gives me a safe place to share both my successes and challenges, but is also so fun and inspiring! These women are AMAZING!
