Weekly Themes
Week 1: Identity + First 7 Days + Trigger Plan
You’ll learn what to expect in the first week, create your Greater Why, build your 5PM plan, identify your early triggers, and start using your Sparkle Tracker. This week builds momentum and sets you up for a confident start.
Week 2: Triggers + Habit Cycles
We go deeper into understanding your drinking patterns — what triggers you, how habits form, and how to interrupt the cycle. You’ll learn simple, practical strategies to stay consistent and avoid the “I deserve a drink” spiral.
Week 3: Emotional Sobriety
This week focuses on real-life emotional tools: managing stress, overwhelm, anxiety, boredom, and emotional urges. You’ll learn grounding strategies that help you stay calm, clear, and steady without turning to alcohol.
Week 4: Boundaries + Socializing AF
You’ll learn exactly how to handle social pressure, what to say when people ask why you’re not drinking, how to protect your peace, and how to feel confident at events. This is where your AF identity starts to feel strong.
Week 5: Locking In Long-Term Success
You’ll build your February plan, strengthen your AF identity, set up routines that support your goals, and create your personalized long-term AF strategy. We’ll wrap with next steps and continued support.
